Añoreta was the first course to be designed by José Maria Cañazares in 1990 which produced a challenge that suits all players. It is demanding from the first tee and includes water hazards at no fewer than 11 holes but with easy-to-play fairways and fast rolling greens which makes the course an interesting option with fast rolling greens of which some are protected by well placed bunkers. Watch out for the 17th where the green is protected by water on three sides.
